made directly to Rana Systems.
Neither Rana Systems nor our service, centers
assume responsibility for any loss or damage
incurred during transit to or from the factory
or service center, claims, arising from such
loss or damage should be filed immediately with
the shipping company. Carriers generally do not
assume responsibility for any damage due to
improper packaging, so all return shipments to
Rana Systems or our service centers should be
properly packaged. Return shipments to you will
be packaged with the same considerations which
new units receive.
