2. EPU switch
Turning this switch to
Enable
will automatically detect the current PC loadings and
intelligently moderate power consumption.
For ensuring the system performance, turn the switch setting to
Enable
when the system is
powered off.

• The EPU LED near the EPU switch lights up when the switch setting is turned to
Enable
. Refer to section
2.2.7 Onboard LEDs
for the exact location of the EPU LED.
• If you change the switch setting to
Enable
under the OS environment, the EPU
function will be activated after the next system bootup.
• You may change or enable the EPU settings from the software application or in the
BIOS setup program. However, the system will use the last settings you made.
3. GPU Boost switch
This switch allows you to enable or disable the GPU Boost function.
