NOTE: The power supplies should be inserted in opposite directions of each other. See Figure 4-2.

3. Press the power supply firmly into the chassis.
Removing a Power Supply
To remove the power supply, perform the following steps:
1. Remove the power cord from the power supply.
2. Disengage the power supply by pulling it toward you.
3. Slide the power supply out of the chassis.
4. Fasten a blanking panel to the empty chassis bay to ensure appropriate cooling.
NOTE: The blanking panel is a flat sheet of metal with the same dimensions as the power module
faceplate.
