Interactive Pen LED Guiding Signals

Indicator

Green color Amber color
Normal mode Pen faces the
screen with the
link.

Standby mode Pen doesn’t faces
the screen but with
the link.

Will enter Sleep mode after 3

Finding AP then
enter pairing

Green one time, then turn off both.
Search mode When you search
for a channel and
no signal is
available, LED

Sleep mode Enter Sleep mode
for power saving
purpose.

•Set the Interactive to OFF on
OSD menu when using pen with
the link: will enter Sleep mode
after 5 sec.
•Pen doesn't face the screen but
with the link: will enter Sleep
mode after 3 minutes.
•Reloading the battery will restart
or reset first. After searching for
AP channel 3 cycles without a link,
will enter Sleep mode.
Reset Pairing or linking
failure will perform
the reset
automatically.
Flashing Flashing
Green and Amber LED flash
alternatively. The total is 3 times.
Low battery
capability
The pen battery is
low. Two hours are
left to run out of
the battery. OFF
Flashing
1s On & 1s OFF
The MSP430 will check battery
capacity in normal operation. This
alert LED signal is shown if the
battery capacity is low.
Note: This signal is shown only
when pen faces the interactive
screen.
Battery is
exhausted and
can not run PB.
The Photo sensor
and RF module
cannot work
properly. Pen can
not work normally. OFF Solid ON
The pen battery is exhausted. Power
only works for MSP430. The alert
LED will appear 1 minute to save
power and then enter Standby
mode. Pen cannot be used in this
status.

when the pen faces the interactive
screen.
