Password Recovery

to initiate the
password recovery sequence.
2. Type in your login name, then click Next.
3. Type the answe
r to your secret question, then
click Next.
4. If the answer matches the one entered in Step 5,
the system will prompt you for a new password.
Enter the new password twice, then click Next.
The system will return to the Login screen.
