The 5618 AG digital copier is intended for use in areas with 120V, 60 Hz, AC line voltage. You
should ensure you are connecting your equipment into the proper line voltage.
EPA Energy Star
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has introduced a voluntary program,
the Energy Star Program, to encourage the widespread and voluntary use of energy-efficient
technologies that enhance the workplace, improve product performance, and prevent pollution. As
an Energy Star Partner, Lanier Worldwide, Inc. has determined Lanier’s 5618 copier meets the
Energy Star guidelines for energy efficiency. Energy Star guidelines require that all Energy Star
copiers have an “OFF MODE” feature that automatically turns the copier off after a period of
inactivity, ensuring night and weekend shut-off.
In addition to the above requirements, the 5618 copier has been successfully been tested with the
following recycled paper:

Lanier Recycled Copy Paper: 50% of Fiber Weight recycled with minimum 20% post-
consumer waste.
