operation
starting the Pulsar EX
c press down the "ON/OFF" button 3 :
Pulsar EX shutdownconnecting Pulsar EX to
the AC outlet
c connect the power cable 5 to a wall
socket or, for cable connection, energise the
AC power supply;
c close the battery switch 7 on Pulsar EX
and the circuit-breakers 32 on Pulsar EXB
battery modules (if these options are fitted)
("I" position);
c after connection to the AC outlet,
whatever the position of the button 3 , the
battery automatically recharges and the
indicator lights

indicate the
battery charge level.
c release the "ON/OFF" button 3 :
c normal operation will begin, with the
indicators in the following state:
c Pulsar EX will be turned off, with the
indicators in the following state:
c your loads are being supplied by
Pulsar EX.
c your loads are no longer supplied with
power.
