searchorbyclickingonSupport.

findMultiVOIPresources.
Oncetheupdatedfirmwarehasbeenlocated,itcanbedownloadedfromthewebsiteusingnormal
PC/Windowsprocedures.
Generally,thefirmwarefileisaself‐extractingcompressedfile(with.zipextension),whichmustbeexpanded
(decompressed,or“unzipped”)ontheuser’sPCinauser‐specifieddire ctory.Itisusuallybest
