Class B Declaration of Conformity
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not installed
and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur
in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged
to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

License
EFI grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and accompanying documentation (“Documentation”) included with the Product. The Software is licensed,
not sold. You may use the Software solely for your own customary business or personal purposes. You may not rent, lease, sublicense or lend the Software or use the
Software in any time sharing, service bureau, or similar arrangement.
You may not make or have made, or permit to be made, any copies of the Software or portions thereof, except one (1) copy for backup or archive purposes in support of
your use of the Software as permitted hereunder. You may not copy the Documentation. You may not attempt to localize, translate, disassemble, decompile, decrypt,
reverse engineer, discover the source code of, modify, create derivative works of, or in any way change any part of the Software.
The terms, conditions, and restrictions in the License Agreement apply to all bug fixes, patches, releases, release notes, updates, and upgrades related to the Software.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and relating to the Software, Documentation and all modifications
