How to Enter the Menu and
Select Options for the OKIPAGE 6ex
Using the front panel buttons, you can enter the printer menu
and change the default settings.
Use your software to control printer settings whenever possible.
If you can set a feature in your software, it will override the
printer menu setting.
Menu features are organized into three levels: Categories, Items,
and Options.
1. Press
[ON-LINE]
to place the printer off-line.
2. Select a Category by pressing
[MENU 1]
until the category you
want displays, then press
[ENTER]
.
3. Press
[ ]
to display the Options available for the first Item
in that category.
4. Press
[ENTER]
to select the Option you want.
5. Press
[MENU 1]
to see the other Items available in that Category,
then repeat steps 3-5.
If there are no other Items available in a Category,
pressing
[MENU 1]
will return you to the Category level of
the Menu.
6. Press
[ON-LINE]
to exit the menu.
Hold
[MENU 1]
for one second to move back one category,
or press and continue to hold
[MENU 1]
to quickly move
through all the menu categories.
