Printing Operation Failure
If the printing operation fails, check the following items.
Documents Not Printing Correctly
Symptom Action Refer to
Cannot print Check that papers are loaded properly in
the paper tray of the device.
Operating Instructions (For Maintenance)
Check that an error message is not
displayed on the device.
Symptom Possible Causes/Solutions Refer to
Incorrect printing position or print is missing at the
edge.
The specified paper is not loaded in the machine.
Check the settings again, or load the appropriate
paper.

The document margin is not sufficient.
Printing stops in the middle of run. Check that papers are loaded properly in the paper
tray of the device.
Document is not printed from Sheet Bypass. Check the paper size set to the Sheet Bypass tray.
The following paper sizes can be set to the Sheet
Bypass Tray:
Ledger, Legal, Letter, and Invoice.
