Error Messages
From the error messages displayed on the Touch Panel Display, it is possible to know the causes of
the problem, and the solutions.
Checking Error Messages

Press the Print key if the machine is
set to other function mode.

Select “Job Control”.

Select “Output Queue”.

Select “Print History”.

Confirm the messages displayed on
the Status column, and then select
“Close”.

Error(001)
The Duplex Unit does not
function properly.
Contact to the Panasonic
Authorized Dealer to maintain
your machine.

Error(101)
Paper size unable to print in 2-
Sided is selected. (Duplex
printing is not possible from the
tray set with A5 in Landscape
format.)

Error(119)
Specified a wrong Media Type
when printing a document with
Rotate sorting.
Verify the Media Type setting on
your machine.
