Printing
When and how you print depends on your printer’s configuration. It may
print
♦ after you press a certain key.
♦ automatically as soon as you press a key.
♦ automatically with no input from you.
♦ one or many labels at once.
Power Management
The printer goes into sleep mode after a predetermined amount of idle time
to conserve power. The printer displays a coffee cup icon when it is in sleep
mode. To “wake up” the printer, continue normal use.
The printer turns off if it remains in sleep mode for a predetermined amount
of time. Your System Administrator sets these time periods.
