Accessing User Tools (System Settings)
This section is for key operators in
charge of this machine. You can
change or set the machine's default
settings.
Note
❒ Operations for system settings are
different from normal operations.
After using User Tools, be sure to
exit. ⇒ p.74 “Exiting from User
Tools”
❒ Any changes you make with User
Tools remain in effect even if the
main power switch or operation
switch is turned off, or the {
{{
{Energy
Saver}
}}
} or {
{{
{Clear Modes}
}}
} key is
pressed.
Changing Settings
Note
❒ If a key operator code has been set,
the key operator code entry dialog
box appears. Enter the code, and
then press the [OK] key. ⇒ p.90

Exiting from User Tools

Changing system settings is fin-
ished, and the machine returns to
Copy or Print mode.
Note
