2 Insert the document face up into the
document feeder. The top edge of the
document should enter the feeder first.

Copying onto Envelopes and Cards
To copy onto envelopes, cards, and other special sizes of paper, use the
bypass tray on the side of the machine.
The bypass tray can be used to copy onto the following sizes:
1) Letter
2) Legal
3) A4
4) A5
5) Envelope #10 (ENVELOPE:COM10) (4 1/8” x 9 1/2”)
6) Envelope Monarch (ENV.:MONARCH) (3 7/8” x 7 1/2”)
7) Envelope DL (ENV.:ISO DL) (110 mm x 220 mm (4.33” x 8.66”))
8) A6 (European postcard) (105 mm x 148 mm (4.13” x 5.83”))
i Only one sheet (envelope, card, etc.) can be inserted at a time in the
bypass tray.
