Configuring
the Entrypoint
TANDBERG ENTRYPOINT
USER GUIDE
To configure the miscellaneous
settings on the Entrypoint,
select the System
Configuration item.
Configuration. To change the system name of
the Entrypoint, enter the new system name in
the System Name field.
Note that when the Authentication ID in the
H.323 link is left empty, the System Name
field will be used to register the Entrypoint
with the gatekeeper in stead. In case both the
Authentication ID field and the System Name
field are left empty the Entrypoint can not be
registered with the gatekeeper.
Services. The different IP services on the
Entrypoint – Telnet, SSH, HTTP and HTTPS,
can be disabled independently to prevent
access to the system. Moreover, with Session
Time Out, a maximum login time can be set.
External Manager settings. To enable
cooperation between the Entrypoint and an
external TANDBERG Management System (TMS)
enter both its IP address and its path.
System
Save. When ready to store
the new settings, press
Save. These settings will
take effect when the system
has been restarted.
Restart. This button will
restart the Entrypoint.
Any changes made in the
IP Configuration of the
Entrypoint will take effect
after the system has been
restarted.
