Printer Driver
Those needing to print from applications other
than WindCard must first install a printer driver
for the card printer. The CD-ROM shipped with
the printer includes printer drivers for both
Windows 3.1 and Windows 95.
Installation of
Printer Drivers
Driver installation begins with insertion of the
CD-ROM into the associated drive. The execu-
table file may or may not start automatically,
depending on the CD-ROM Auto Insert Notifi-
cation check box setting within Windows.(See
Settings, Control Panel, System, Device Man-
ager, CD-ROM.) If the Card Design Software
screen fails to appear within about 30 seconds
after CD insertion, a manual start can be used,
as follows:
For Windows 95:
1. Start the Windows Explorer and double-
click on the drive letter designator for the
CD-ROM. (e.g., E:)
2. Next click on the Cdman folder.
3. Finally, double-click on the Cdman.exe
file.
