When you experience a problem with the printer, you may be able
to resolve it by referring to the procedures and tables in this
chapter.
If you are unable to resolve the problem, call your local Xerox
Engineering Systems office.

may have and, if necessary, arrange for a customer service
engineer to service your equipment.
Be prepared to provide the following information to the customer
service representative:

NOTE: The serial number is located behind the front door as
shown in the illustration below.
• A description of the problem
• If applicable, the status code and message that appear on the
message display. Be sure to note the location of any flashing
