TO TAKE A CASH DECLARATION REPORT
"Z" + [EC] + (Quantity of Money) + [QTY/TIME] + (Amount of Money) + [RA] + [AMOUNT TEND/TOTAL]
CAUTION: The Cash Declaration feature will not allow any corrections of miscalculated or incorrect entries of
the cash declared. Therefore, please double check and verify all money before getting started.
Example: Declare the following money in the drawer: 3 five dollar bills, 7 one dollar bills and 4 quarters:
1. Turn the key to the "Z" position.
2. If a Manager Password has been programmed, ENTER the (PASSWORD #), then PRESS the
[CLERK] key, or if you did NOT program a Manager Password go to Step 3.
3. PRESS the [EC] key.
4. ENTER (3), PRESS the [QTY/TIME] key, ENTER (500), then PRESS the [RA] key.
5. ENTER (7), PRESS the [QTY/TIME] key, ENTER (100), then PRESS the [RA] key.
6. ENTER (4), PRESS the [QTY/TIME] key, ENTER (25), then PRESS the [RA] key.
7. PRESS the [AMOUNT TEND/TOTAL] key to finalize.
NOTE: The cash register will automatically produce a "Z1" (End-of Day or Daily-Close-Out) Reading when
the Cash Declaration feature is used.

than $0.00 would indicate more money is in the drawer than what was
collected.
