1 Output impedance: 3.5 kW maximum.
2 The positive or negative pulse width must be greater than 50 µs for adjusting the duty cycle or the pulse width under
different frequencies. Otherwise the accuracy and the range will be different from the definition.
3 For signal frequencies greater than 1 kHz, add 0.1% per kHz to the accuracy.
