PCI-X SAS controller.

7. LAN bandwidth setting (3-pin LAN_BW1)
This jumper allows you to set the LAN bandwidth setting for more efcient IP
load distribution.
Balance Mode: It's 1 x 8 link between MCH and ESB2;
LAN Centrical Mode: It's 2 x 4 link between MCH and ESB2.
