2 Click the Network tab to see the available wireless devices. You can see the Brother wireless print
server in the Network option. Select SETUP.
3 Your wireless network is connected successfully.
l Choose the printer you wish to configure, and click Next. If the list is blank, check if the printer is powered
on, and then click Refresh.
Note
The default Node name is “BRWxxxxxx” for the users that connect without a network cable (where
“xxxxxx” are the last six digits of Ethernet address).
m The wizard will search for wireless networks available from your printer. Choose the Ad-hoc network you
wish to associate the printer with, and then click Next.

• If the list is blank, check if the printer is within range for wireless communication. Then, click Refresh.
