Follow this procedure to adjust this setting:

Press [Menu].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <REPORT SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set]
twice.

Press [ ] or [ ] to select the setting you want ➞ press [Set].
You can select from the following:
- <PRINT ERROR ONLY> to print a report only when a transmission error occurs
- <OUTPUT YES> to print a report every time you send a document
- <OUTPUT NO> to disable printing the report

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
