Press [Menu].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <USER SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <R-KEY SETTING> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <PBX> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select the access type of your switching system.
● If you selected <HOOKING>:

Press [OK].
● If you selected <PREFIX>:

Press [OK].
❑ Use the numeric keys to enter the outside line access number (max. 19 digits) ➞ [Redial/Pause] to enter a
pause ➞ [OK].
NOTE
If you do not press [Redial/Pause] before pressing [OK], you cannot complete the registration.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
