Preparing for Installation

Tools and Parts Required
Your Cisco 7200 VXR chassis is fully assembled at the factory; no assembly is required. However, you
need the following tools and equipment to install the chassis and the rack-mount and cable-management
kit:
• Number 2 Phillips screwdriver
• A 3/16-inch flat-blade screwdriver
• A 1/4-inch flat-blade screwdriver
• Tape measure (optional)
• Level (optional)
The rack-mount and cable-management kit includes the following parts:
• Two rack-mount brackets for mounting the chassis in the rack
