Replacing the UPS Unit
To replace the UPS:
1.
Power down the UPS. Follow the procedure in “Powering Down the UPS,” in this chapter.
2.
Turn all battery circuit breakers on the ERMs (one circuit breaker each) to the Off
position.

3.
Unplug the UPS power cable.
4.
Unplug connected devices and remove the retention clips that secure device cables to the
UPS.
5.
Unplug an attached ERM from the back of the UPS.
