CLEARING A FILM JAM (Wrap-up)
Film jams (wrap-ups) may occur if the film is
loaded backwards or if the area at which film
exits the equipment is blocked. The film, when
jammed, wraps around the heat or pull rollers.
To clear a jam it is necessary to rotate the
rollers in the reverse direction. When
REVERSE is pressed on the control panel,
causes the rollers to reverse. To clear a jam:
1. Immediately stop the laminator by pressing
STOP
.
2. Set the speed indicator to 2.
3. Raise the safety shield to its full up right
position and remove the feed tray.
4. Cut the top and bottom film webs.
5. Grasp the loose ends of the web, pull
straight and install the feed tray so the web
is on top of the tray. Lower the safety shield,
press REVERSE
and guide the film out of
the heat rollers.
6. Once the jam has cleared the heat rollers,
press STOP .
7. Thread the film per section

RIPRISTINO FILM INCEPPATO
(Riavvolgimenti)
È possibile che si verifichino degli inceppamenti
di film (riavvolgimenti) se il film è caricato a
rovescio o se la zona di fuoriuscita del film è
bloccata. Quando il film è inceppato, si riavvolge
attorno ai rulli di riscaldamento o ai rulli tenditori.
Per eliminare un inceppamento è necessario
girare i rulli in senso opposto. È possibile
scegliere di far girare i rulli in senso opposto
premendo il pulsante REVERSE
(INVERSIONE) sul pannello di controllo. Per
eliminare l’inceppamento:
1. Fermare immediatamente la plastificatrice
premendo il pulsante STOP (ARRESTO)
.
2. Impostare l’indicatore di velocità su 2.
3. Sollevare lo schermo di protezione
portandolo in posizione dritta, quindi
rimuovere il piano di alimentazione.
4. Tagliare i veli del film superiore ed inferiore.
5. Afferrare le estremità libere del film, tirare
verso di sé e rimontare il piano di
alimentazione di modo che sia sotto il velo.
Abbassare lo schermo di protezione,
premere il pulsante REVERSE
(INVERSIONE)
e portare il film fuori dai rulli
di riscaldamento.
6. Quando l’inceppamento nei rulli di
riscaldamento è stato eliminato, premere il
pulsante STOP (ARRESTO) .
7. Introdurre il film come descritto nel capitolo
CARICAMENTO ED INTRODUZIONE DEL
FILM.
BLOCKIERUNG (Verwicklung)
Eine Blockierung (Verwicklung) kann dadurch
entstehen, dass die Folie rückwärts eingelegt
wurde, oder dass der Austrittsbereich der Folie
blockiert ist. Wenn die Folie blockiert ist, wickelt
sie sich um die Heiß- oder Zugwalzen. Zur
Auflösung einer Blockierung müssen die
Walzen in umgekehrter Richtung gedreht
werden. Bei Betätigung der Taste REVERSE
(UMKEHREN)
auf dem Steuerfeld drehen
sich die Walzen in umgekehrter Richtung. Bei
einer Blockierung ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
1. Das Laminiergerät unverzüglich anhalten,
indem STOP (STOPP) gedrückt wird.
2. Geschwindigkeit auf Stufe 2 setzen.
3. Schutzschild vollständig in die senkrechte
Lage bringen und den Zufuhrbehälter
entfernen.
4. Die untere und obere Folienbahn abtrennen.
5. Die freien Enden der Bahn aufnehmen,
gerade ziehen und den Zufuhrbehälter so
einsetzen, dass die Bahn auf den Behälter
zu liegen kommt. Schutzschild senken,
REVERSE (UMKEHREN)
drücken und die
Folie aus den Heißwalzen herausführen.
6. Wenn die Blockierung die Heißwalzen
passiert hat, STOP (STOPP) drücken.
