Causes and solutions
Cause:
Printer is ready for paper.
Solution:
Put paper into manual feed slot.
Cause:
Toner runs short.
Solution:
Prepare new toner bottle and
heat roller cleaner.
Cause:
Print unit is near end.
Solutions:
Replace print unit.
Note:
Enter menu mode and select Clear
Warning. After replacement, be sure to
press to perform Clear Warning.
Important:
If the upper door is not firmly closed or the paper guide is not in the
locked position, the printer does not work.
