Warranty, Technical
Support and Service
Limited Warranty
3-Year Hardware Warranty: 3WARE, INC. warrants this product against defects in
material and workmanship for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of
original purchase. 3ware, at no charge and at its option, will repair or replace any
part of this product which proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or
materials. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by 3ware on an
exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent
to new. Products or parts replaced under this provision shall become the property
of 3ware.
Software Warranty: 3WARE, INC. will replace a defective media purchased with
this product for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

3ware warranty service is provided by returning the defective product to 3ware.
Exclusions
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THIS PRODUCT
WHICH RESULTS FROM ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, NATURAL OR
PERSONAL DISASTER, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLY,
REPAIR OR MODIFICATION. 3WARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE CUSTOMER’S MISUSE
OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN
COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER
3WARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
3WARE IS NOT LIABLE FOR and DOES NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY,
ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SERVICING AND/OR THE INSTALLA-
TION OF 3WARE PRODUCTS. THIS WARRANTY SETS FOR THE ENTIRE
LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF 3WARE WITH RESPECT TO BREACH
OF WARRANTY and THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH OR LIMITED HEREIN
