The functions of this machine that can be used when printing can be speci-
fied on the Print dialog box or the Page Setup dialog box.
The settings can only be applied while using the application. When the ap-
plication is exited, the settings return to their default settings.
To display the Print dialog box
Open the data in the application, “File”, and then click “Print”.
To display the Page Setup dialog box
Open the data in the application, “File”, and then click “Page Setup” or “Pa-
per Setup”.
For the settings that can be specified with each printer driver, refer to the Us-
er’s Guide in the CD-ROM separately provided.
