Magma Debug Utility
Occasionally, Technical Support may request Windows users to
produce and email a Magma debug log file to help them resolve your
problem. This file should be included as an attachment when submitting
a Technical Support request at
Hwww.magma.com/TUsUTupportH. You can
download Magnostic.exe from the following location:
http://www.magma.com/support/drivers/utilities.html and install the
Magnostic.exe utility.
1. once installed, under the Start Menu, go to Mission
Technologies->Expansion->Magnostic.exe.
2. Run Magnostic.exe
3. Save the file and include it as an attachment when submitting a
Technical Support request.
4. E-mail file to forums@magma.com
Use the “Save as type” drop-down arrow to select a file type of (*.LOG).
Include your Name and
the Date the log was
created in the file
name. Then email it to
Technical Support.
