Press OPEN button to pull out the printing mechanism.
When it is not working, reset the power. Then try to press OPEN button again.
Remove the ink cassette with ink sheet.
Remove the print paper as shown right.
Cut the defective part of the print paper with scissors.
Cut both edges of the print paper.
Install the print paper. (Refer to pages 11-13.)
