nphase.TheWEEEDirectivecoversallMulti‐TechproductsimportedintotheEUasof
August13,2005.EU‐basedmanufacturers,distributors,retailersandimportersareobligedtofinancethecostsof
recoveryfrommunicipalcollectionpoints,reuse,andrecyclingofspecifiedpercentagespertheWEEE
requirements.

Thesymbolshownbelowisontheproductoronitspackaging,whichindicatesthatthisproductmustnotbe
disposedofwithotherwaste.Instead,itistheuser’sresponsibilitytodisposeoftheirwasteequipmentby
handingitovertoadesign
atedcollectionpointfortherecyclingofwasteelectricalandelectronicequipment.The
separatecollectionandrecyclingofyourwasteequipmentatthetimeofdisposalwillhelptoconservenatural
resourcesandensurethatitisrecycledinamannerthatprotectshumanhealthandtheenvironment.Fo
