3–ExcellentEffort:Thebestefforttypeofservicethataninformationservicesorganizationwould
delivertoitsmostimportantcustomers.
4–ControlledLoad:Importantbusinessapplicationssubjecttosomeformof“AdmissionControl”,such
aspreplanningofNetworkrequirement,characterizedbybandwidthreservationper
flow.
5–Video:Trafficcharacterizedbydelay<100ms.
6–Voice:Trafficcharacterizedbydelay<10ms.
