The images are
not refreshed
satisfactorily or
they are not displayed
p Follow the steps below to delete the temporary Internet files
(Cache).
[When using Windows]
1 In Internet Explorer, select [Tools] [Internet Options].
2 Click the [General] tab, and click the [Delete...] button in
“Browsing history”.
3 In the [Delete Browsing History] dialog box, set the check box of
[Temporary Internet files] to ON, and click the [Delete] button.
4 Click the [OK] button.
[When using Mac OS X]
1 In Safari, select [Safari] [Empty Cache...].
2 Click the [Empty] button in “Are you sure you want to empty the
cache?” pop-up.

p The unit’s ports may be filtered by the firewall or other function of
the anti-virus software.
Change the HTTP port number of the unit to a port number which
will not be filtered.

H.264 images are not
displayed
p The H.264 images are not displayed if the “Network Camera
View4” plug-in viewer software has been deleted in an
environment where the “Network Camera View3” plug-in viewer
software was installed.
In a case like this, first delete “Network Camera View3”, and then
install “Network Camera View4”.

p Have the camera and personal computer been connected via the
internet?
Select “On” as the “Internet mode” setting.

Tally lamp fails to light
p Has “Disable” been selected for “Tally Enable”?
When “Disable” is selected for “Tally Enable,” the camera’s tally
lamp will be off. Change the setting to “Enable”.
