Electronic telephone directory
The station names stored in memory are automatically registered into the electronic telephone directory in
alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents into the document tray first.

station name is assigned (see index table below).
Example: To search a name with the initial “N”:
Press repeatedly until the first
station name with initial “N” is
displayed. Press until the desired
name is displayed.
OR

name is displayed.

The unit will start dialing.
If a document is fed into the unit, the unit will start
transmission.
