[DVI-I IN]
Switch the setting when the external equipment is connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal of the projector and the image is not projected
correctly.
When digital signals are input
1) Press as to select [DVI-I IN].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [DVI-I IN] screen is displayed.
3) Press as to select [DIGITAL/ANALOG].
4) Press qw to switch [DIGITAL].
5) Press as to select [EDID].
6) Press qw to switch [EDID].
f The items will switch each time you press the button.
[EDID3] Recognizes movie-type image signals and still image-type signals automatically.
[EDID1]
Select mainly when an external device that outputs movie-type image signals (such as a blu-ray disk
player) is connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal.
[EDID2]
Select mainly when an external device that outputs still image-type signals (such as a computer) is
connected to the <DVI-I IN> terminal.
7) Press as to select [SIGNAL LEVEL].
8) Press qw to switch [SIGNAL LEVEL].
f The items will switch each time you press the button.
[0-255:PC] Select when an external device (such as a computer) is connected via the DVI terminal output.
[16-235]
Select when an external device (such as a blu-ray disc player) is connected via the HDMI terminal
output using a conversion cable, etc.
When analog signals are input
1) Press as to select [DVI-I IN].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [DVI-I IN] screen is displayed.
3) Press as to select [DIGITAL/ANALOG].
4) Press qw to switch [ANALOG].
5) Press as to select [SYNC SLICE LEVEL].
6) Press qw to switch [SYNC SLICE LEVEL].
f The items will switch each time you press the button.
[LOW] Sets the slice level to [LOW].
[HIGH] Sets the slice level to [HIGH].
Note
f The optimal setting is different depending on the output setting of the connected external equipment. Refer to the instruction manual of the
external equipment regarding the output of the external equipment.
f The data for Plug and play will change when the setting is changed. Refer to “List of compatible signals” (x page 130) for a resolution that
supports plug and play.
