Fan Control: Select Fan Control from the Set Up Menu to control the operation of the
projector’s cooling fan.
•Mode: In most cases, the default Fan Control Mode (Auto Normal) will maintain the
correct operating temperature. If the lamp frequently turns off due to overheating, or in
certain high-altitude operating environments, you may need to change this setting to
Auto Hi. Altitude or Manual.
•Fan Speed: If you set the Fan Mode to Manual, select Fan Speed and use the
on-screen slidebar to adjust the speed.
After changing either of these settings, press EXIT to return to the previous menu.
Screen Trigger Mode: Select Screen Trigger Mode from the Set Up menu to configure
the 12-volt trigger output.
• Set the Screen Trigger Mode to Normal if you want the trigger to activate when the
projector is turned on (for instance, if the trigger is controlling a retractable screen).
• Set the Screen Trigger Mode to AutoScope if you want the trigger to activate when the
Cinema or Virtual Cinema aspect ratio is selected. Choose this setting if your CL-810
Ultra is equipped with the Runco CineWide with AutoScope system.
Return to User OSD: To exit the Set Up menu, use the up- or down-arrow keys to
highlight Return to User OSD and press ENTER.
To return to the Set Up menu, select it from the Main Menu, press ENTER twice, then
press MENU on the remote control. (You do not need to re-enter the passcode.)
Reset the Lamp Timer ONLY after you replace the lamp. Otherwise,
the reported “Lamp Hours” will be inaccurate.
Do not exceed the recommended lamp life of 2000 hours. An old
lamp becomes increasingly fragile and prone to sudden failure.
If your CL-810 Ultra installation includes an SDC-1 System
Expansion Device, you can also use the SDC-1 to trigger the
AutoScope lens motor. Refer to the SDC-1 manual for more
information.
