Operating your printer
Print settings
Most Windows applications allow you to make changes to the printer
settings. This changes the number of copies, sequence of the pages, paper
orientation, and margins.
If you click Properties, Setup, or Options in the Print dialog box, you’ll
access the printer driver’s dialog box. It allows you to change additional
printer settings.
Note: Most Windows applications will override settings you specify in the
printer driver. Change all printer settings available in the software
application first, and any remaining settings with the printer driver.
