SMTP
SMTP(SimpleMailTransferProtocol)isthedefactostandard
foremailtransmissionacrosstheInternet.TheRavencansend
messagesusingSMTPifithasbeenconfiguredtouseamail
server.
Note: You cannot send an Email with your Raven unless the Email
server you have configured allows your Raven as a relay host. Talk to
your network administrator to ensure you can send email through the
email server using your Raven.
SMS(ShortMessageService)isanotherwaytosendmessages
viathecellularnetwork.MostSMScommandsrequirethe
modemtobeinPassThrumode.
Note: SMS may not be supported by your account with your cellular
carrier.
