Theaction-qualifiersubmodulehasthemostimportantroleinwaveformconstructionandPWM
generation.Itdecideswhicheventsareconvertedintovariousactiontypes,therebyproducingthe
requiredswitchedwaveformsattheEPWMxAandEPWMxBoutputs.
Theaction-qualifiersubmoduleisresponsibleforthefollowing:
•Qualifyingandgeneratingactions(set,clear,toggle)basedonthefollowingevents:
–CTR=PRD:Time-basecounterequaltotheperiod(TBCTR=TBPRD).
–CTR=Zero:Time-basecounterequaltozero(TBCTR=0x0000)
–CTR=CMPA:Time-basecounterequaltothecounter-compareAregister(TBCTR=CMPA)
–CTR=CMPB:Time-basecounterequaltothecounter-compareBregister(TBCTR=CMPB)
•Managingprioritywhentheseeventsoccurconcurrently
•Providingindependentcontrolofeventswhenthetime-basecounterisincreasingandwhenitis
