Poor printing quality.
z Clean the Print Head.
z Adjust the print density setting.

Power indicator light/on-line indicator
does not illuminate.
z Check the connection of Serial
Interface Cable.
z Check if the Top Cover is close.

Error indicator remains illuminated.
z Out of paper or paper jam.
z Check if the Gap Sensor is in the
correct detecting mode.
z Press the FEED button. The error
message will be printed out on the
print media or sent out.

Printer does not work.
z Check if the command is correct.
z Check if the RS-232 baud rate is
correct.
z Using Label View or Nice Label to
print, make sure the driver is for the
correct model.
z Check if the Printer Manager contains
other data.
z Restart the printer.

Wrong printing position or skip.
z Check the label dimension settings.
z Check the label gap setting
z Detect gap again.
z Check if there is any paper stuck on
the gap sensor.
