8.3 Printer Operation using the Operation Panel
The printer can be operated from the Operation Panel.
Operation Operational procedures
Switching the printer between
pause mode and ready mode
Press the [Pause] key.
Feeding a single page or label Press the [Feed] key.
(The media is fed continuously while the [Feed] key is being
held down.)
Stopping the buzzer sound Press any of the keys on the Operation Panel.
Clearing print data stored in
the printer
Hold down the [Cancel] key until the Data LED goes out.
(After clearing print data, make sure that the Data LED is off
before initiating a print job.)
Switching the message from
“Error” to “Pause” on the LCD
Press the [Cancel] key.
Enabling or disabling the
[Menu] key
Hold down the [Menu] key.
Displaying the Menu options Press the [Menu] key.
(Enable the [Menu] button if disabled. Then press it again.)

Cutting the media
(Only for the model with the
Cutter Unit)
Hold down the [▼] key.
