Introduction
This general description is an overview of the Stratagy® Voice Processing systems and provides
general information describing each system. Unless noted otherwise in this book, references to the
Stratagy apply to all Stratagy product models.
Organization
This book is divided into the following major topics:
• Chapter 1 – Overview describes system capabilities, platform technology and features.
• Chapter 2 – Features gives a brief description of all Stratagy features.
• Chapter 3 – Stratagy ES Feature Groups gives a brief description of the Stratagy ES feature
groups—Fax Server, Unified Messaging (UM), Text-to-speech (TTS), Automated Speech
Recognition (ASR) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
• Chapter 4 – Specifications provides details of the physical and functional characteristics of
the Stratagy system equipment.
