Note Applies to iES32 only.
Remote maintenance can be performed using the NetMeeting® software located on an IBM-
compatible computer. This software replaces pcANYWHERE used on the desktop Stratagy ES
systems.
Features
There are two types of features: standard features available to all Stratagy systems and Feature
Groups that are special to the Stratagy ES product family.
Standard Features
These features are available to all Stratagy users. See Chapter 2 – Features for descriptions and
benefits of each feature.
Stratagy ES Feature Groups
Feature Groups are separate optional features that provide specific capabilities such as Unified
Messaging (UM), Fax Server, Text-To-Speech (TTS), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
Automated Attendant (AA) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). See Chapter 3 – Stratagy ES
Feature Groups for descriptions of each Feature Group.
Table 4 below displays the available feature group configurations for the Stratagy ES Feature
