NORMAL_CLEARING
The network is disconnecting the current call.
NOT end2end ISDN
The path that the call was routed over is not ISDN from end-to-end (warning
only).
NUMBER_CHANGED
The number dialed has been changed.
OUTGOING_CALL_BA
The network will not allow the outgoing call to be placed.
PRE-EMPTED
The network pre-empted the call.
PROTOCOL_ERROR
Call control error.

The channel type requested is currently not available.
