Take Apart Special Safety Precautions - 1
Special Safety Precautions
The only potential source of X-Radiation is the CRT. When
the high voltage circuitry is operating properly, there is no
possibility of an X-Radiation problem. Keep the high voltage
at the factory-recommended level of 26 kV. This voltage
must not exceed 29 kV at zero beam current at rated voltage.
See Adjustments chapter for checking and adjusting high
voltage.
Helpful drawing
At the end of this chapter, there is a simplifed wiring
diagram that shows all of the connector locations and names.
You may want to print it out.
