Here are answers to some common questions about your iMac.
How do I get support for my iMac? Go to www.apple.com/support/imac/intel.
Where’s my serial number? Choose Apple menu  > About This Mac. The serial number is the
last item in the list. If your computer isn’t turned on, you can nd the serial number printed on
the bottom of the iMac stand.
Where can I nd keyboard shortcuts? If you switched to the Mac from a PC, or you like to use
the keyboard instead of your mouse, check out www.apple.com/support/macbasics/pctomac for
a list of Mac keyboard shortcuts and the dierences between Mac and Windows keyboards.
How do I get help for an app? When you’re using the app, click the Help menu in the menu bar
at the top of the screen.
Where is the safety information for my iMac? See Important safety information.
How do I nd the technical specications? Go to www.apple.com/imac/specs or choose Apple
menu  > About This Mac and click the buttons at the top for displays, storage, and memory.
How do I check my disk for problems? If you have problems starting up your iMac or you
