• ATI Customer Care is unable to assist with refunds, returns, or
exchange specific inquiries. If resolving the problem being
experienced is critical to your decision to keep the product, it is
your responsibility to ensure that you know and are within the
period of time your reseller will allow for refunds, returns or
exchange.
• ATI is not responsible for any expense incurred accessing
Customer Care. It is expected that customers will review the
expense associated with the available support options and will
choose the method that best meets their needs and budget.
• ATI Customer Care reserves the right to limit support options for
products that are not registered or are at End of Life.
Limited Product Warranty and Guideline
for Obtaining Warranty Service
THIS WARRANTY IS FOR ATI TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ATI”) PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT RETAIL
AFTER AUGUST 31, 2005.
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THE ONLINE PRODUCT
REGISTRATION FORM AT
www.ati.com/customercare/registration IS
SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY ATI WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE
PRODUCT.
Product Warranty
ATI warrants to the original purchaser of the hardware product, that the product is free from defects in
materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase at retail. If this product is a Workstation product such as ATI’s FireGL™ or FireMV™ family of
products, ATI warrants to the original purchaser of the hardware product, that the Workstation product
is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3)
years from the date of purchase at retail. All cables and accessories provided with an ATI product are
warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period
of for (90) ninety days from date of purchase at retail.
ATI’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at ATI’s option, to: (i) repair the defective product or
part; (ii) deliver to customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective product. When a
product or part is replaced or exchanged, the item becomes customer’s property and the replaced or
exchanged item becomes ATI’s property. When a refund or replacement product is given, the defective
product becomes ATI’s property.
Replacement parts or products may be new or include serviceable used parts with at least the same
functional equivalence to the original product. If, at the time of repair, a product is “out of warranty” or
within the last ninety (90) days of the warranty period, ATI warrants any repair for ninety (90) days. All
software provided is subject to the terms of the ATI software end-user license agreement.
