This key is used to access the "7"
through "12" One Touch numbers.
One Touch Dial Keys
These six keys give you instant access
to twelve previously stored phone
numbers.
Copy Keys
Enlarge/Reduce
Use this key to enlarge or reduce
copies depending on the ratio you
select: 150%, 125%, 120%, 100%,
93%, 87%, 75% or 50%.
To reduce the image size
automatically, select AUTO.
Sort
Use this key when you want multiple
copies of a multiple page original in
order.
Copy
Makes a copy.
Telephone Keys
Redial/Pause
Re-dial the last number called. Also
inserts a pause in autodial numbers.
Hook
Lets you dial telephone and fax
numbers without lifting the handset.
Search/Speed Dial
Lets you dial stored phone numbers by
pressing a two-digit number. Also, lets
you look up numbers stored in the
dialing memory.
Hold/Caller ID
Lets you place calls on hold. Also, lets
you view or print the Caller ID list.
Dial Pad
Dials phone and fax numbers, and can
be used as a keyboard for entering
information into the fax machine.
